 Hi,

 Steps to reproduce :
 - Install WordPress 5.6
 - Install Theme Twenty Fourteen
 - Go to the frontend and block request jquery-migrate.min.js

 => The following error appears in the console:

 Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function
 load jQuery
 http://localhost:8888/wordpress-blank/wp-
 content/themes/twentyfourteen/js/functions.js?ver=20171218:150
 http://localhost:8888/wordpress-blank/wp-
 content/themes/twentyfourteen/js/functions.js?ver=20171218:211
 jquery.min.js:2:84831

 Unblock request jquery-migrate.min.js => No more error in the console.

 This will become a permanent issue when jquery-migrate will be definitly
 removed with Wordpress 5.7.
