 A few of the variables are missing `@since` tags.

 - `setPostThumbnailL10n`
 - `navMenuL10n`
 - `plugininstallL10n`
 - `postL10n`
 - `userProfileL10n`

 I don't think this is a blocker for commit though. RC2 should be going out
 later today, so having this merged for testing is preferable. The `@since`
 values for each of those can be researched and the docs can be updated
 later.
