Comment:

 Hi,
 You can use any variable name you want, but `page` is a reserved term
 because it's used for pagination. It shouldn't be used for any other
 purpose. The fact it previously used to work was undocumented and really
 unexpected. WordPress can't maintain undocumented use cases :)

 To make it work again, you'll just have to use another var name and update
 the rewrite rules accordingly.
