Thanks for the added links @SergeyBiryukov, and I agree that `Tested PHP`
is probably better in order to be consistent with the newer naming
preferences. Displaying "Tested up to PHP" as the user facing message is
probably preferred but if someone has a better suggestion I'm fine with
anything we think users can reasonably understand.
