 When my service provider IONOS 1and1 upgraded my managed WordPress site to
 5.5, the first thing that happened when I logged in to my wp-admin site
 was that I got a pop-up demandig that I consent to some cookies.  I do not
 speak German and none of the rest of my displays on wp-admin are in
 German.
 This was unacceptable as I had to try to get the German translated to see
 what I was supposed to be consenting to.
