 When inserting a paragraph tag in the Text mode of the posts category
 description editor, switching to visual mode will remove the paragraph
 markup. Switching back to text mode will show the paragraph markup is not
 retained.

 The only way to use more than one paragraph in the category editor is to
 use a paragraph tag in Text mode and save it from text mode.

 When using more than one paragraph in Visual mode, upon saving, the
 paragraphs are not retained.
