 should be pointing to the new locations:

 https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php has moved (line 16) to
 https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/

 https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress (line 78) has moved to
 https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
