 I seem to be unable to add any blocks to a column of the Columns block via
 the Block Inserter Sidebar.

 What I do:
 1. Click +button
 2. Click "Browse All"
 3. Click Design > Columns, choose (fx) 3 columns
 4. Click + in the first column
 5. Click "Browse All"
 6. Click (fx) Text > Quote
 What happens: Quote adds below the Columns block (sometimes further below
 or even above)
 What was expected: Quote adds in first column of the Columns block
