 Is there precedent for WordPress displaying some type of notice on the
 admin area for an upcoming breaking change? "Hey you, your Facebook and
 Instagram oEmbeds are going to stop working Oct 24. Check out this plugin
 that can keep them working"

 If we were to do something like that in 5.5.1, and then disable oEmbeds
 after Oct 24, it might avoid instances of missing oEmbed content for
 users. On the other hand, it might set the precedent that we want to
 display that type of notice and it becomes expected, or is perceived
 poorly.
