 For reference, the "minimum acceptable" version (sites with a version
 lower than this will see the dashboard widget urging them to update) in
 ServeHappy API was previously bumped:
 * From 5.6.20 to 7.0 in #meta4671 (a year ago)
 * From 7.0 in 7.2 in #meta5257 (two months ago)

 Within the last year:
 * PHP 5.6 has reduced from 28.59% to 14.97%.
 * PHP 7.0 has reduced from 15.79% to 10.37%.

 These results actually look good, the percentage is noticeably decreasing,
 just not fast enough for WP 5.6.

 If the trend continues, I think both versions can get below 5% in the next
 12 months.
