 Hello,
 As per todays `core-autoupdates` team’s meeting, let's start with adding
 some context to `auto_plugin_update_send_email` and
 `auto_theme_update_send_email` filters.

 In `50988.diff`, pass the result of plugins or themes updates tasks via
 the `$update_results` parameter. It also updates the related DocBlocks
 accordingly.
