@SergeyBiryukov made it's possible were 'leaving behind' a lot fewer sites
than we think.
For WP 5.2 to 5.5, 10.69% on PHP 5.6 and 10.79% on PHP 7.0.
It's also worth noting that the "minimum acceptable" PHP version was
bumped from 7.0 to 7.2 only two months ago, see #meta5257. In these two
months, PHP 7.0 percentage for WP 5.2 to 5.5 has dropped from 12.44% to
10.79%. So it seems a bit too early to come to the conclusion that the
current measures are ineffective.
