 Welcome to trac!!

 While there is no "setting" in the Dashboard for controlling whether email
 notifications are sent when plugin and theme auto-updates are attempted,
 there are the `auto_plugin_update_send_email` and
 `auto_theme_update_send_email` that can be used for that.
