 I did some testing on Android 6.0.1 and also on iOS 13.3 and have filed a
 few more related issues in Gutenberg repo:
 * the link popup flickers weirdly when the link position is anywhere but
 in the middle of the screen -

 * on a small screen, it's almost impossible to bold link text after
 inserting the link, because when selecting the link text the link popover
 appears over the block toolbar -

 * while it's possible to convert a published post to draft or to move a
 draft to pending review, it isn't possible to move a published post to
