 Welcome to Trac @fethomm. Thanks for reporting this.

 However, it looks like this is not an issue related to WP Core. Your
 theme's style has this at line 103 {{{ ul { list-style-type: none; }}}}
 that hide the bullets for list.

 I'll close this ticket as invalid.
