 Not sure if this should be considered a separate bug or the same one.

 The Image dimensions setting in the Gutenberg editor no longer work if the
 CSS style `height: auto;` is applied to the `img` selector. So, any image
 that had its dimensions altered in Gutenberg, and were displaying
 appropriately, will now display incorrectly since the CSS takes priority.
