 I just updated to 5.5. I am trying to post an article on my site and add
 an image. When I click on media library, it opens with a blank white page.
 images would load before i upgraded.

 What I have tired:
 – disabled all plugins
 – set uploads folder permission to 755
 – I tried upgrading a different website I have and it was fine. It's just
 Tier2Tek.com
 - I tried reinstalling 5.5

 In the past, I did manually migrate all my pictures through FTP. Maybe
 it's a database issue?
