 I spoke with @joen today who gave some great tips for capturing screen
 recordings and hopefully minimizing issues with files/formats. Going to
 share them here for reference in the future:

 has tips and software recommendations. The main technical callouts:
 - Record using Kap (this is different than the recommendation in the post
 but @joen recommended this instead of Screeny)
 - Convert .mov files to .mp4 using FFMPEG. Kap does appear to have the
 ability to export as MP4 and WebM though. Using that is preferable to
 converting if it works well.

 I am going to recreate the videos using this flow and create WebM backup
 files for a last pass at the final media items.

 Could someone grant me access to the Google folder so I can add the new
 recordings?
