 Facebook and Instagram are dropping support of unauthenticated oEmbeds on
 [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/oembed-legacy October 24th].

 They have a new endpoint, but it depends on generating an app ID with a
 developer account. We should remove the endpoint and allow them to support
 via a plugin in the future.
