 dimensions of the video were forced to 960x540 during whatever conversion
 was performed, and the canvas is being expanded.

 No, we don't want the videos to be the same height— the content was
 "designed" to account for a portrait-style video for Block Patterns. It
 looks like I misread the info on the previous video, its dimensions were
 1054 × 1240. So it does look like some downsizing happened after all.

 Could the video be resized, but keep its aspect ratio, to **480 wide?**
 (in general, most users will see this video at 436px wide, large phone
 sizes might see it up to 488px)
