 I've removed the musician name placeholder from the page. Because of i18n
 concerns (the name would have to be committed at the very last moment),
 this is traditionally not included on the About page.

 With that banner missing on the right, the vertical alignment of the top
 section may need to be tweaked a bit.

 Other than that, [48729-48730] just needs a second committer sign off for
 backporting.
