 Does the `commit` tag here also include the changes in
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/442 the PR?] These
 also need to be in before RC2, since there's additional strings for video
 descriptions.

 Would it be easier if I uploaded the changes here as a diff?
