 Minor issue, but this was the error I received when I upgraded to the
 "bleeding edge" 5.5 version. I am using PHP 7.4.2.

 "Use add_allowed_options() instead. in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/WordPress
 /wp-includes/functions.php on line 4773"
