 * Attachment "5.5 without jquery-migrate.jpg" added.

 And this is what happens on 5.5 where the Uncaught TypeError breaks most
 of the admin functionalities: Media Library grid, Themes page, Plugins
 page, Widgets page, Menus page, Quick Edit, modals, to name a few.
