 I have been trying to log into my account ie WEBSITE.com/wp-admin and the
 result I get is this message:
 This site can’t be reachedThe connection was reset.
 Try:

 Checking the connection
 Checking the proxy and the firewall
 Running Windows Network Diagnostics
 ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

 Tried several ways including resetting password and it says my account
 does not exist.
 I have tried all the recommended tricks, resetting firewall,etc.
 No luck.
 My site is hosted by WP engine and was working up until a week ago,
 including being able to log into the site, etc.

 I have sat on hold with WordPress for several hours and have finally had
 to hange up.

 Any suggestions? Anyone been able to contact wordpress directly?
