 Noting here that jQuery 3.5 was just released and it includes some
 important security fixes. The team wanted to save this until 4.0 because
 it creates a non-trivial amount of code breakage, but we couldn't justify
 waiting for 4.0 given the severity. We are working on some enhancements to
 jQuery Migrate that can help identify HTML strings that render differently
 now.
