 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 As noted above, the current link is correct. When navigating to the `wp-
 admin` directory, `index.php` is supposed to be loading by default. If
 that does not happen in your install, please check you server
 configuration (`DirectoryIndex` directive on Apache, `index` on nginx) or
 try the support forums for help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
