#49973: Changing multiple page parents does not work

 Following to reproduce:

 * Go to pages (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&paged=1)
 * Select multiple pages
 * Choose something like "multiple actions" ("Mehrfachaktionen" in german)
 at the top drop down list and click the apply button next to the drop
 down.
 * Change the parent to another site.(different than root page)
 * Save changes

 This did not work and shows now all those pages with parent root.

 Now I can't try the multiple actions again, as this just refreshes the
 page, without letting me select something to change.
