 @mayankmajeji thanks for your report. This ticket was discussed during
 today's accessibility bug-scrub. As mentioned by Sergey, this issue is
 already tracked in #47456 where the prevalent opinion is to _not_ insert
 the `alt` text automatically and improve the UI instead. Please see there
 for more details and do feel free to join the conversation there.

 Going to close this ticket in favor of #47456.
