 Hi there, thanks for the ticket!

 > I have develop some custom plugin & exclude our comment in comment
 listing using this action(pre_get_comments). comment have been removed but
 comment count still showing all number of comment.may be i am using some
 wrong hook.

 You can use the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/wp_count_comments/
 wp_count_comments] filter to change the counts as appropriate.
