Comment:

 This was a conversion of a long time existing blog from the classic blocks
 to the new blocks and a change from a self-made theme to Twenty Twenty.

 My issue does seem to be a plugin conflict and based on the string of text
 showing up I think it is an embed plugin I used. I use to use Smart
 YouTube Pro to embed videos on my posts back when WordPress wasn't good at
 that. I would change the link to a httpv:// for the plugin to work on the
 link.

 I deactivated that plugin and the text string in the blurb under the title
 went away.

 I did a search and replace on the httpv:// string so I don't need the
 plugin going forward
