 I have had an issue where I am seeing plugins showing multiple times in
 the Installed Plugins page (screenshot attached). I have tried switching
 themes and deactivating some plugins. This has happened with multiple
 installs of wordpress and multiple versions (5.3 and up for sure, but it
 could have been earlier).
