 @mukesh27 You don't need to @-someone unless you need their direct
 response :) As the ticket author I get emailed anyway ;)

 The CSS fix is probably right but (a) I suck at CSS and (b) this is
 something either broken in core (because it happens on all themes) or in
 the theme (which in the case of the first screenshot is twenty-twenty).
 Either way, we should get eyeballs on it and test to see which one we
 broke. I think it's busted in core, but I'm bad at CSS :)
