 I'm including an image so you can see, but basically if you turn on the
 "Top Toolbar", it (properly) adds the block tooling to the top, but it
 also smothers the permalink once a post is made. It looks like the CSS
 doesn't properly move everything down.

 This is super easy to miss when testing because how often do you edit the
 title. Right?
