 it's exactly same problem with default theme - on your screenshot title is
 centered (but block aligned to the left) and paragraph is not aligned
 identical to the title - it's indented more to the right - different than
 in pre-5.4 wordpress. I was checking my site without plugins and with
 default theme - it looks like a bug. Theme doesn't matter
