#49800: Use youtube-nocookie.com for YouTube embeds

 **Proposal:**

To protect visitors' privacy, use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode when
embedding videos. This means changing "youtube.com" to "youtube-
nocookie.com" in the iframe's src, making it so cookies aren't placed
unless the visitor plays the video. Details [[https://www.guidingtech.com
 /privacy-enhanced-youtube/|here]].

There are several plugins that do this ([[https://github.com/bcollin/yt-
nocookie|example]]), but I don't see any reason not to make it the
default. Videos would no longer be blocked by Firefox's level 2 tracking
block list. It would also help with GDPR compliance.
