 The video player controls disappear after closing fullscreen. This can be
 reproduced on the WordPress.tv site: https://wordpress.tv/2020/03/30
 /gregory-collins-small-business-search-engine-optimization/

 To reproduce:

 1. Start playing the video
 2. Click on the fullscreen button
 3. Exit fullscreen by pressing ESC or pressing the fullscreen button again

 The quality, fullscreen, and speed buttons will no longer appear.

 Browser: Chrome (other browsers seemingly unaffected)
 OS: macOS
