WooCommerce user with WP who needs registration enabled on the first hand.
Well, then WooCommerce and other plugins can advise/warn about this, if
not enabled. This should not be on by default as long as WordPress core
has no registration spam defence.
Also, I'm not sure adding a lot of questions/options on the installation
page(s) are so good.
