 I've added a patch that iterates on @kjellr's from yesterday, applying a
 few fixes to the `Add New` button (`.page-title-action`).

 That button previously had only a 2px border radius and was a couple of
 pixels shorter than other buttons. It should now be the same size (though
 I don't quite know why I had to use `line-height: 26px` instead of `line-
 height: 28px`. Perhaps because it's a link?)
