Comment:

 [attachment:"42888.8.diff"] restores the paragraphs.

 There are a few other markup changes anyways that need to stay for example
 a few wrappers.

 Also a few labels that are now explicitly associated instead of wrapping
 labels, which improves accessibility. It would be nice for these minor
 changes to stay.

 A quick dev note for these improvements should inform of these minor
 changes.
