 For what is worth, I like the idea of the blue buttons as in WordPress the
 blue traditionally identifies interactive elements. Thanks @drw158 !

 Should we make this ticket a "task" so it can run during Beta and use some
 iterations? #47153, #47477, #47498, and #48101 are already reopened as
 tasks.
