 Just added a quick patch in case anyone wants to try that out:
 [attachment:"34904--blue-secondary-buttons.diff"]. I had to adjust the
 colors just a little bit to get the hover/focus styles working nicely, but
 otherwise it's really similar to @drw158's mockup.
