 @desrosj: Unfortunately, there isn't a project-specific way to override
 `.env` permanently. There is a workaround, which is to define the
 variables in your global settings (eg, `~/.bashrc`), but this will define
 it everywhere.

 @anevins: Could you confirm that the WordPress files are properly checked
 out in the `src` subdirectory?

 I'm not entirely sure what's causing this, we may need to organise a
 screen-sharing session so I can debug further.
