 Let's move forward with [attachment:"47746-patch-up-SimplePie.patch"] and
 [attachment:"requests-1-7-3470169.diff"] with the intention to fully
 update `SimplePie` through #36669 in 5.4, and when `Requests` is
 officially tagged the version string can be changed during beta.
