 Great, thanks for testing! We also need to make sure this works alright
 with alternate color schemes. If nobody else gets there first, I'll take a
 look later today.

 Also, some elements (like standard links) still have the "glow" effect on
 focus:

 This ticket seems broad enough to refresh those too — should we replace
 those with the solid line used in Gutenberg?:
