Comment:

 In [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/48077/48077.diff
 48077.diff], use `host` instead of `hostname` for retrieving the domain.

 When verifying the origin for `postMessage` events, the port was not
 considered, so any instance of WordPress being served from a custom port
 (not 80 or 443) won't work.
