 In English I would suggest we say "run WordPress"

 if there's a problem with "power WordPress"

 "Build and maintain" might be more accurate, but when we're talking to
 people who need to do things we recommend, we want to maintain a sense of
 forward motion, of energy, to engage them in reading the sentence and then
 finding the energy to do what we ask.

 WordPress"? Maybe it's just me, but the former seems a bit easier to read
 and translate.
