 I would really like to have `composer.json` in WP. I understand that it's
 probably better for our mental health to just drop it. But this is
 ridiculous. Not having a package definition in 2019 is just unbelievable.
 I would very much like this to happen. Because it's the right thing to
 have. And it is very, very easy. And the decision is a no-brainer. If
 somebody disagrees with that, I encourage them to contact me and explain
 why this is a difficult thing to have, or a difficult choice to make.
