 I would recommend option C with no shadow. The reason for no shadow is it
 tends to make the button look lower than the form field. It also raises
 the button optically to be on a layer closer to the user than the form
 field.

 The bold helps them feel like a button and helps readability.

 The white background prevents the button from looking disabled. It also
 looks good on both grey and white backgrounds.
