 For reference, here is a complete list of changes from version 2.1.9 to

 It also seems that there is a newer version, 3.1.2 (and Moxie 1.5.8). We
 should try to update to this version instead (if possible). A list of
 changes from version 2.1.9 to 3.1.2:

 Adding `early` so this can receive lots of testing.
